The Clear the Air Community of Practice is an online engagement platform designed for staff and volunteers working with young people - including those in health, community, youth, education and sports settings. It provides a space for connection, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing to prevent vaping and support young people to break free from vaping.
By continuing, you are beginning the registration process to join Clear the Air’s Community of Practice, which is hosted on the Mighty Networks platform.

Cancer Council WA will collect your personal information (such as your name and email address) to process your registration, communicate with you about the Community of Practice, and conduct its normal business.
Your personal information will be stored and processed by Mighty Networks, a third-party provider based in the United States. This means your information may be transferred to, and stored on, servers located outside Australia, including in jurisdictions that may not offer privacy protections equivalent to those under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
To the best of Cancer Council WA’s knowledge, Mighty Networks is not subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and may not be required to uphold the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). As such, you may not be able to seek redress against Mighty Networks under that Act in the event of Mighty Networks mishandling of your information. This disclosure is made in accordance with APP 8.
To join the Community of Practice, you’ll need to provide your consent to the following privacy matters during registration:
You will also be asked whether you consent to receive updates and communications from Cancer Council WA regarding the Community of Practice, as well as other relevant Clear the Air and Cancer Council WA communications (e.g., news and events updates). You can opt out of these communications at any time.
Participation in the Community of Practice is also subject to community guidelines and terms of use (and similar documents) issued by Cancer Council WA and Mighty Networks from time to time.
